Returns & Exchanges

At Perfumania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Securely place the unopened item in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
